RAMMER E-SERIES
A hydraulic breaker developed in collaboration with Sandvik, which utilizes research findings from Rammer's RDI department on the possibilities of a cast-steel frame structure.
The device’s technology has been integrated into the cast-steel components, producing a lightweight and durable structure.
The resulting structural approach provides improved weight to power ratio, enabling smaller carrier machines to utilize more powerful hydraulic tools.
Specifically designed scalability
A key objective in the development process was to create a unified product family across multiple sizes and working weights. To achieve the design's scalability, every size category was tailored to specific technical and structural requirements to guarantee optimal performance for each model.
The customization of different models was executed within the constraints of the E-series' distinct surface design, which is the result of pragmatically optimizing the breaker's weight and strength.
E-series breakers’ design enables the installation of various accessories for increased device longevity, operational optimization and durability.
The breakers can be equipped with three tiers of shielding, able to achieve a balance between lightness and protection depending on the task and environment. This provides the best possible operation and endurance in all circumstances.
